Add a custom filtering rule

Custom filter rules can be created to target specific types of emails and take different actions on them.

To add a customer filtering rule:

  1. Log into SpamHero and go to Settings > Custom filters.
  2. Select whether you want this rule to apply to the currently selected domain name, or to all the domains on your account:


  1. Select which part of the email message to search for the new rule, enter the search phrase, and select which action to take once the match is found:
