Can I forward email from one address to another?

Yes, you can configure email recipients to forward to up to 3 email addresses.

  1. In the control panel, go to Settings > Email recipients and click on the recipient you want to forward mail for:


  2. Enter up to 3 forwarding addresses:


    • The domain name is optional when forwarding mail to users on the same domain as the recipient.

  1. If you want emails to be delivered to both the forwarding addresses and the original recipient, be sure to check this box:


You can also forward mail for all recipients on your domain by changing the Delivery Mail Host to an email address (supports up to 3 addresses). This can be helpful if your mail server is offline and you want to temporarily route your mail to an email address on another domain.
