Yes, there is an export option on most every page that includes a grid control in the interface. The control looks like this:

Examples of pages that include this control under the Settings menu are Email recipients, Approved senders and Blocked senders. Many pages (and all the ones listed here) also support adding entries in bulk (or importing). This can make it easy to copy entries from these pages from one domain to another.
