We recently move to spamhero from another provider. The initial setup was very straightforward and took under an hour. We have a hybrid setup with mailboxes in both Exchange-On-Line and on premises, Spamhero is able to work with this setup without any issues. The support section of the website is very conprehensive and covers everything we needed to get setup and working quickly.
Overall I was very impressed with the Spamhero
system.

I was put onto SpamHero by my Internet Service Provider (actually, the ISP just provides me with connectivity, I provide my own servers). This was as a result of Microsoft bouncing any emails from my domain (and, it seems, from any domain from my ISP). The work-around has been to use SpamHero, so my outgoing messages to a Microsoft Outlook customer do not get bounced. This works well.
Whilst I do have spam filtering in my servers, it so happens that SpamHero captures a lot more spam (and Phishing emails) than my servers have done.
I did have to adjust SpamHero to not quarantine from some legitimate senders, but with SpamHero, that is a straightforward process AND you don't lose any of those emails that were sent to you because of the way SpamHero works.
All in all, it is a good product, and I do recommend it, not only for those with my use case but for those looking for an organization to filter their incoming (and outgoing)
mail.

We were getting over 150 spam messages per day in each of 15 email boxes. We tried different approaches to filter out the spam but nothing worked. Then we found Spam Hero. Setup was breeze and it started filtering out spam from day one. We made a few tweaks over the next couple of weeks and Hooray! Now we only get a few messages a day that are spam and we simply add those to the list, to never be seen again. We highly recommend Spam

We have been running our own mail servers for nearly 20 years now including our dns. We also administered mail systems and webservers with more than 200 domains per server for customers (like universities in Switzerland or Germany).
Then we started using a hosting provider (for about 3 years, for our office and our domains) - but it was terrible. Hosting is simply not good enough - many problems with spam and mail sending. On the other hand: M$ is not an option for us!
So i decided to run the mailservers for our offices by ourselves again. But nowadays "spam" is such a big problem and sending mail is even worse - one has to spend a lot of time AND needs to have profound knowledge about mail systems, Linux/Unix etc.
We evaluated/tried many other antispam/mail sending services - but none of them was good enough (from our point of view). Then i found "SpamHero". And it fits our needs. The best is that SpamHero can act as a smart-relay host - which saves a lot of headaches.
Only "problem" (for us) is: there is now server in europe - only in the US (DSGVO !). This is why we give only 4 stars. With mailservers in Europe too we would have given 5
starts.

I've had a personal domain in Australia for many years and a couple of email addresses via O365. My email address was exposed in a data breach and made it to all manner of distribution lists.
I'd used another anti-spam provider for much of this, which no longer functions correctly. The same spam was appearing day after day.
I did due diligence on SpamHero and have been using it for about 6 weeks now. To use an Aussie saying - it's chalk and cheese.
I am so happy with SpamHero. I recommend it highly, from the individual to large corporate. It was very easy to set up with the MX changes

Price is right and it does the trick. Customizable rules are nice and the dashboard makes it easy to manage false positives (very few) or whitelisting email
addresses.

We've been absolutely hammered by spam in both of our companies for the past few years. I stumbled onto spam hero in a google search and don't know why I didn't search for something like this sooner. It's had an insane reduction in spam for us and is blocking the bad guys before they reach my inbox or even junk folder. The price is very fair too, support is awesome. It's the best thing I've found in ecomm for the value in the past few years. Tks!
