SpamHero provides excellent service. Although a few spams get through, good mail is almost never marked as spam, which is very important. For the few spams that get through, easy reporting facilities are provided. I get 4000 e-mails per month, 92% of which are spam that is effectively filtered out by SpamHero! That is well worth the low price!

I've had the same email address since the 1990s and I really like it. But spam finally largely ruined it - I was getting almost 300 spam messages a DAY. SpamHero saved my email account. It's the best service I've tried by far - the other ones I tried let hundreds get through. SpamHero stops pretty much all of them.

We look after almost 100 domains where spam was a MASSIVE problem. SpamHero is a true HERO dealing with spam. It does have a high detection rate and a low rate of false positives. I love the bulk filter which allow us to stop all the Newsletters and the granular control over Regions, Allowed Sender, Allowed Receivers, Blacklists, Reporting, etc. This is the best spam filter I have ever used.

Before we started to use SpamHero we were getting overwhelmed by spam. On average, we used to receive around 3,000 email messages a month, of which 80% were spam. Now, we just get a few spam messages a week, and some weeks we get none. Sometimes, during intense spamming campaigns we may receive a handful of spams messages during a few days, but in general SpamHero adapts its filters pretty quickly and the messages stop arriving shortly afterwards. The service is very easy to setup. A great feature we tend to use a lot is the geographical filter. There are a lot of countries we have absolutely no business with, and that are well known to be a major source of spam. We have blocked any incoming messages from these countries and eliminated a big source of spam. Since we are using SpamHero we haven't had any virus/malware infection in our PCs. Some malware, such as cryptolocker, slips by standard antivirus. For these types of threats SpamHero is more effective because it stops the suspicious senders, or suspicious messages, before they arrive to our email servers. Because of the great performance and the very competitive price, I would recommend SpamHero to any business that does not have a spam filter provider.

SpamHero is magic and just works. There are settings if you want to tweak, but even with the default settings, SpamHero blocks 85% of the email trying to get to my server. The stuff I want gets through.

Since using the service I have seen a significant drop in spam across the accounts with almost no false positives. The setup was quick with a simple user interface.

I can't even tell you how much I love opening my email and not seeing a stream of "viagra" spam and "russian girl" emails. I haven't seen one since I started using your service. You really are my hero! Thank you so much!
