Since using the service I have seen a significant drop in spam across the accounts with almost no false positives. The setup was quick with a simple user interface.

I can't even tell you how much I love opening my email and not seeing a stream of "viagra" spam and "russian girl" emails. I haven't seen one since I started using your service. You really are my hero! Thank you so much!

A client asked me to replace Google Postini when it was retired well over a year ago now. The only product I found to match such a high end filter with far more available assistance is SpamHero. Over a year later, it's been pretty much ideal & the easiest way for each end user to efficiently buzz through spam to check for false positives. Not that there are ever many false positives at all. And those few are easily fixed. For my own email account, over 30 spam emails per day take up less than 30 seconds of my time. I've applied SpamHero to Microsoft Exchange & Office 365 alike with exactly the same excellent results on each. And, I can power off my clients mail servers for maintenance without worrying about losing a single email knowing the mx backup feature has my back. On completion of maintenance, I check my own email & SpamHero has also emailed me to tell me when the mail server was taken down & that it's working again. The previous facilities that I'd tried were a distant second in quality & management. I can't imagine quoting or managing a mail server without SpamHero.

Before SpamHero my inbox was literally full of garbage emails and I dreaded even checking my mail. SpamHero changed all that. They guided me through the setup making it easy and their customer service has been outstanding.

Spamhero saved my email address! I was to the point of just starting over, but decided to make one last attempt. A year later I'm still seeing just a tiny handful of spam slip through, and almost no false positives. Maybe two or three the whole time I've been a customer. Definitely much better than when I managed my own SpamAssassin build.

We love the service. We get nearly 400 emails per day to our in-house email server, and over 80% of them are spam. SpamHero has done so well at not marking good mail as spam, that we don't check the filtered mail any more. According to our records, they block over 99.5% of the spam. I can now see the mail that's important.

Email was getting to the point of having to spend the first half hour of every day deleting spam. Thanks to SpamHero there's no need for that anymore. Seriously, I have one or two slip through in a week now and have not had one false positive. SpamHero is my Hero!

Spam hero is phenomenal. When we get complaints about spam from our clients and our own filtering is not doing the job, we run them through Spam Hero and we've never had a complaint about spam from any of those clients.

My clients were receiving hundreds of spam emails per day and Spam Assassin was powerless to stop them. Since setting up my sites with spamhero.com, the spam emails have practically disappeared, and I don't know of a single instance where a good email was blocked.
