I have an email address that never receives spam and I don't want to have to worry about good mail ever being marked as spam. Can I turn off or bypass all filters for this one email address?
Yes, follow these steps to disable filtering for an address on your domain:
1) Login to your SpamHero control panel.
2) Click on the Settings tab, then click the Email Recipients sub-menu link.
3) Find the target email address on the Email Recipients page, then hover your mouse over the user and click it.
4) Check the box that says Disable all filtering for this user, then click the Save button, as shown here:
