Great service. Easy to setup. Seem to get smarter and learns. Couldn't live without it

I was in a bind and needing to get my mail flowing again. I recently switched over to self managed network. Our ISP had given me IP addresses that were on a permanent blacklist and there was nothing I could do since every device had the current IP's configured and changing them would be difficult. So I went the only route I knew and that was smart host. I have used many cheap and expensive ones so choosing one that I never used and had a great price I took a chance and wow was I blown away. SPAMHERO IS THE BOMB. Once you configure it, It just works going from 20-30 spam messages a day per user to none. I am so happy I found this product...

So far after a month of service the spam we were getting has dropped to more the 95% we are very happy with service it offers a great value for the service and works awesome easy to setup and forget it about it's just that easy

So far so good with SpamHero. A no nonsense solution for spam and malware, that's fairly easy to get up and running. Once outbound scanning logs are accessible by end users it will be even better! I like the online knowledgebase and the attentive and prompt support.

We needed a good, low cost solution for inbound spam filtering after our on-premise software ceased working and was no longer being supported by the manufacturer. After a some online research, and setting up a trial, we have found SpamHero to be a good solution to our problem. Its good value for money, has good error rates, and is easy for us to manage.

We were able to migrate from our previous IT supplier seamlessly. We had a small issue with Quarantined items but it was resolved. Support was relatively fast replying within 8 hours.

Perfect solution you can trust. I cannot emphasize enough on how much impact it has in my environment. Set it up, and forget about it. Simple as that.
