SpamHero can optionally deep filter or quarantine messages that fail both DKIM and SPF.
These options are found on the Settings > Filtering policies page but are not enabled by default because a very high percentage of clean mail senders still fail SPF (and have not implemented DKIM).
We updated our Privacy Policy.
