It has come to our attention that Sophos is shuttering their Reflexion service on March 31, 2023.

The steps for switching to SpamHero from Sophos Reflexion are as follows:

1. Update your MX records to the ones recommended by SpamHero during the sign-up process.
2. Login to your SpamHero account and go to Settings > Delivery mail host and replace asp.reflexion.net with the host name of your mail server. Contact your email service provider to obtain this host name.

Instructions for customers previously using Reflexion in conjunction with SpamHero

If you have configured SpamHero to deliver your email to asp.reflexion.net, this indicates that SpamHero was being used in conjunction with Reflexion. For those in this situation, please make sure you complete just step 2 above before March 31, 2023.
