Yes, SpamHero works great with ProtonMail. Our earliest ProtonMail users have been with us since 2014 and have not reported any problems or issues.

The ProtonMail service indicates that you are required to change your MX records to their servers but it works fine with the mail being relayed through SpamHero before delivering to their servers.
