SpamHero is a great solution for customers using WebsiteForge hosting that want premium spam filtering.  According to feedback from our customers, in order to use our service with WebsiteForge hosting, you will need to open a support ticket with them so that they can make a configuration change on their end that will allow your domain to continue to receive email even after your MX records are no longer pointing to their service.

If the WebsiteForge technician does not know how to make the change, have them check ticket [#578148] in their support system where they corrected the issue for another customer.

If you change your MX records over to SpamHero before having WebsiteForge make this fix, you can re-deliver any bounced email after they have corrected the problem.
