SpamHero is an excellent solution for customers at Media Temple that want premium spam filtering. Setting up SpamHero to work with Media Temple is pretty straight forward. The only thing to note is that after you change your MX records to point to SpamHero, you need to locate the following page in the Media Temple control panel:

Select "Yes" for domains you have set up to filter through SpamHero. This allows SpamHero to forward email to Media Temple's servers after filtering is complete. Note that Media Temple's control panel automatically sets this value to "No" when you delete your default MX record and therefore you always need to make this change after you point your MX records to SpamHero.
