SpamHero is an excellent solution for RackSpace customers that want premium spam filtering. If your MX records were already pointing to RackSpace before you switched to SpamHero, then our service will automatically set the delivery host correctly for you.
In some cases, RackSpace support representatives have told our customers that they are not compatible with our service (not true) or give the wrong advice as to where to point the mail delivery host. For example, do not use secure.emailsrvr.com as your delivery host in SpamHero (that is their outbound server, and you want to send email to their inbound servers). If this is what you were advised to use, then enter the following hosts instead:
mx1.emailsrvr.com
