Yes, you can configure email recipients to forward to up to 3 email addresses.
- In the control panel, go to Settings > Email recipients and click on the recipient you want to forward mail for:
- Enter up to 3 forwarding addresses:
- The domain name is optional when forwarding mail to users on the same domain as the recipient.
- If you want emails to be delivered to both the forwarding addresses and the original recipient, be sure to check this box:
You can also forward mail for all recipients on your domain by changing the Delivery Mail Host to an email address (supports up to 3 addresses). This can be helpful if your mail server is offline and you want to temporarily route your mail to an email address on another domain.
