Reporting spam that was missed by the filter
Do not send missed spam reports directly to our support department. Only missed spam that is reported through the proper channels will be evaluated.
Step 2: Review suggestions provided using the "missed spam" view in the Quarantine+ viewer.
After reporting missed spam (see step 1), wait a 5 minutes and then click on the following link:

Specific suggestions will be provided for each missed spam report. Here is an example of how suggestions will be displayed:
If you reported missed spam and it's not showing up in the "missed spam" view, it usually indicates one of the following problems:
