SpamHero has a very low false positive rate, but occasionally good messages may be incorrectly marked as spam and quarantined. To release a false positive:
- Login to SpamHero and use the Quarantine+ feature to locate the message that needs to be released. (If you are an authorized account contact, you can use the Shared quarantine option to release a message destined for a recipient other than yourself.)
- After hovering over the message in question, click on the View link if you need to verify that the message is not spam before releasing the message, or click the Deliver link if you're already sure the message is not spam.
- Optionally, you can also approve the sender so that future messages are not blocked:
When the sender's domain has verified the source of the message, the Also approve this sender checkbox is checked automatically.
